SNOWMAN CHALLENGE.... Ok friends, we are going to make the next few days a fun time. If all this snow happens like they say it will, FC wants to do a Snowman Challenge. Post your best snowman to my page and share it... we will judge on Thursday (what appears to be the end of the storms ). A $250 gift card will be awarded to the most creative and amazing snowman. Quick update on rates. They are still holding strong even with a big rebound in stock market yesterday. If you have a rate over 3.5, you need to get with me... rates now are high 2’s on 30 and mid 2’s on 15. 405-301-3639
