Meet Coach Rachel - Rach has always had passion for fitness and sports growing up. Played collegiate volleyball in Pennsylvania and graduated in 2008 with a BS in Business & Marketing. Immediately after her undergraduate she went to Utah State University where she taught classes in the Health, Physical Education & Recreation department as a graduate assistant from 2008-2010. Rachel graduated in 2010 with a Masters in Health, Physical Education and Recreation, which led ...her to doing CrossFit for the last 8 years. Since fitness has always been a passion she got her Personal Training certification in 2019 while pregnant with her second child, Lee.
