As many of you are probably aware, on Friday, Oklahoma City mandated the use of face coverings for indoor settings. Function Physical Therapy is within the city limits. In order to further keep our staff, other patients and the community safe, and in compliance with the city mandate, effective Monday 7/20/2020 face coverings are required for all physical therapy appointments. Anyone in the waiting room will be required to wear a face covering or they can choose to wait in ...their car. If you do not have one, we can provide a mask for you, but would encourage you to bring your own as supplies are limited. We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping Function Physical Therapy a safe environment for everyone to continue with their journey back to health during this unprecedented time.
