This Re-roof in particular was for a USAA claim, the home had 1x8 Spaced decking that had to be brought up to local city and state building codes. To do this, we installed 7/16 osb Sheathing on top of the 1x8 Nominal boards. This gives the shinlge a nail-able surface and doesn't void the manufactorer warranty in this case. We go above and beyond to document the whole process with photos. On this job in particular, there are over 500 photos of the process. It's the small things we try and get right !
