Congratulations to Bishop McGee, who played a great saxophone recital today! The concert program included works by all living composers including Noda, Mellits, Tanaka, Reed, and Burhans. The OSU Sax Studio recognizes Brian Chapa’s musical accomplishments this year! Brian played an incredible junior recital last night at the McKnight Center Recital Hall. The concert program included works by Muczynski, Tomasi, Iturralde, and Noda. Also, Brian’s sax quartet performed selected movements from Marc Mellits’ quartet Red arranged by OSU alum Damian Cheek.
